- Designing the marketing strategies to establish Company as a leader in Ophthalmic segment.
- Developing Brand targeting, positioning, segmentation, promotional plan like realignment of therapy, brands, Doctor specialty coverage, Brand matrix, New product launches, existing brand improvement etc.
- Monitoring ROI from CRM customers & 100% execution of activities to ensure Brand / Therapy growth from non CRM customers.
- Budgeting for All India, Regional, Area & HQ wise.Preparation of Annual P&L.
- Monitoring on monthly basis to ensure profitability.
- Fieldwork to bring back lost CRM doctors & convert Non-CRM customers for team.
- Field personnel effectiveness, Competitors analysis, etc. Field communication: Internal sales performance, motivation, clinical references, USPs, knockouts.
- Recruitment & Training program for new joiners & Development program for existing employee during cycle meeting.
- Analyzing & suggesting new launches & packaging improvement required by the existing brands.National & International conference arrangements from start to end.
Salary: INR 20,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A.
