One of a reputed Company which is into Dental chain is looking for qualified Professional to be General manager - Operations.

About the Company -

The Company has 20 branches which provides world class dental treatment using state-of-the-art dental instruments by well trained and experienced team of more than 50 MDS super specialist dentists.

The head-dentists, assistant dentists, receptionists and dental assistants at any of their branches do their best to provide the Customers the best comfort and care they deserve that too at affordable prices. Each of their Clinics is equipped to provide from most basic to the most sophisticated dental treatments. The dental clinics are available in Mumbai & Gujarat.

The requirement is as follows -

Role: General Manager - Operations

Job Location : Mumbai / Ahmedabad

Reporting to: M.D

Roles & Responsibility -

  • Heads new clinic role out, equipment purchases, clinic maintenance, commercials and finance
  • Responsible for selection and smooth operations of clinics involving various functions like
  • Selection of new clinic location, negotiating rent agreements / franchisee agreements / other commercials, finalising clinic layouts and equipment requirement, negotiating with equipment suppliers and getting clinic ready for operation -
  • Day to day maintenance and sourcing consumables
  • Handling purchases, accounts management and audit
  • Heads Marketing, ERP, IT needs, and clinic operations
  • Responsible for integrating new clinics with the existing ERP system and automation of various functions like
  • Resource planning - efficiently managing appointments of specialist doctors, chair time and allotting appointments to various patients
  • Capturing and analysing clinic by clinic data like treatments, revenue, expenses and payouts etc.
  • Creating & upgrading patient lifecycle analysis and diagnosis software
  • Creating and implementing system-based control and analysis tools
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations
  • Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
  • Communicate and embody the company vision and values
  • Build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent
  • Define and implement policies and performance standards
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
  • Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
  • Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues
  • Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing, and personnel

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Communication skills are key to increasing managements effectiveness with both superiors and subordinates
  • Leadership skills are pertinent to providing and seeking out continuing education opportunities and fostering a growth mindset
  • Delegation skills are crucial in identifying the best person (or people) for a particular task and act as a facilitator to motivate and direct the work
  • Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that dental clinics are a completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity
  • Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary in finding opportunities to resolve conflicts efficiently and favourably
  • Decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals
  • Problem-solving skills are crucial to analysing past and current performance and recommending objectives to improve productivity and profitability
  • MBA from reputed institute, and Good work experience to manage such profile
