Our Client is looking for a suitable person to be based in New Delhi for developing our business in North and East regions.

Job Description
Responsible for Sales & Marketing of Agitators for process industries like petrochemical, mineral, processing, FGD, Fine Chemicals etc.

This job calls for a person who has:
  • A blend of exceptional Sales & Marketing skills, combined with solid business management and a vision of new market opportunities.
  • Well rounded and experienced in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Client / Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience in new business development, competitive market expansion, sales leadership in diverse industries and brainstorming ideas for addressing individual skill gaps & suggesting ways to facilitate the resolution of conflict.
  • A high level oversight of a management in identifying and analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs & formulating sales & marketing strategies.
  • Ability to bring in instant credibility through professionalism and command of the market and products.
  • High professional standards; excellent track record of dependability;
  • Focus on achieving results while formulating and implementing solutions to meet a diversity of needs.
Candidate Profile:
  • B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Chemical/ Production or similar branch
  • A dynamic & result oriented sales & marketing professional with 4-7 years experience in sales / marketing of rotating equipment / capital equipment to Process industries with additional experience in the handling consultants would be preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of the above industries and their purchase decision making process
  • Well- versed in estimation, Tendering, Techno- Commercial Negotiation and Post order activities
  • Experience in developing & working with channel partners
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning teams keeping in mind the Company objectives and Customer requirements.
  • Ability to develop new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships and relationships to increase sales revenue.
